Can I have regular updates during the repair process?

Of course! Throughout the repair process you can choose to be updated by telephone, SMS or email. Please advise our office of your preferred method of contact when you come in, or phone our office on 8552 4833 and let us know how often you require updates.

How can I get a rental car?

We can organise a rental car for you. Simply let our booking staff know and we’ll arrange to have a car ready for you when you drop your own car off. Our rental cars are $33 per day.

Which methods of payment do you accept when I pay my excess for private repairs?

We accept VISA & MasterCard. We also have EFTPOS facilities and will accept cash or company cheques, but unfortunately not personal cheques.

Who do I pay my Insurance Excess to?

Your excess payment is collected by us, your repairer, on behalf of your insurance company. This excess needs to be paid once the repairs have been completed and you collect your car.

Fleurieu Crash Repairs will remove your excess payment off of the bill and your insurance company pays the balance. Should your Insurer ask you to pay the excess in advance and you do so, please let us know that it has been paid.

Is there a warranty on the vehicle repairs performed by Fleurieu Crash Repairs?

Yes. Fleurieu Crash Repairs provides a 3 year warranty on all workmanship once your repairs have been completed. Lifetime for Paint.

How will I know that my car is ready?

We will advise you as soon as your repairs are completed. Feel free to call or email our office at any time during the repair process if you have any questions or concerns.

Do you have a dedicated customer area if I need to wait for any reason?

We have a modern, climate controlled customer care area where you can sit in comfort should you arrive early or need to wait for any reason. Daily newspapers and up-to-date reading material are also available for you to read while you enjoy a fresh cup of tea or coffee, made to your liking.

Can you do car detailing?

We don’t get paid to detail your car by your insurance company, however we will happily provide our customer vehicles with a clean. If you wish to take advantage of our detailing service which starts from $44.00 for a basic wash and vacuum, please give us a call.
